NeXTeRA2455 MV
NeXTeRA2455 MV is a single-component, Hydrophilic MDI based polyurethane resin that on contact with water, starts expanding in a controlled manner and produces flexible polyurethane foam that seals the place where water leakage is present.
NeXTeRA2455 MV can be injected into a leaking crack, fracture, or joint to seal it. In case a dry joint needs to be sealed, NeXTeRA2455 MV can be injected along with water in 1:1 vol/vol ratio.
Cure time and reactivity of NeXTeRA2455 MV is determined by the amount of water present and environmental temperature. Upon contact with water, NeXTeRA2455 MV reacts to become a dense and flexible Polyurethane grout. We have three variants of PuTera 2455 MV named as V.5, V.6 and V.7 and their viscosity is shown in technical information. The reactivity of V.5, V.6 and V.7 with water are different.
